Subject: Mont Pelerin Society-Hayek Essay Contest

Dear MPS Members:

As you know, the MPS 2010 General Meeting in Sydney, Australia is quickly approaching. I anticipate a wonderful program, and hope that you are beginning to make your travel plans. Along with the General Meeting comes the Friedrich A. Hayek Essay Contest. The essay contest will officially be announced on March 1st, although preliminary information can now be found on the website. Again, this year we are asking our members to help get the word out about the Hayek Essay.

I have attached a flyer with all pertinent information. I ask that you present this at your university campus, around your place of business, or to specific individuals that you think display the promise of writing a winning essay! I encourage you to promote the essay contest in your home country, as the contest is open to all young adults around the world. If you have any questions about the contest, please email mps@heritage.org.

Also, while I have your attention, we are making an effort to update our membership directory with correct and complete contact information. At this time, if you could send your email “signature”, business card, or other contact information that you would like in the directory, it would really help us out!

Regards,
Deepak Lal
